Titanium Grades
TA1 (Gr1)
Pure titanium offering the best ductility and toughness, easy to form and weld.
TA2 (Gr2)
Pure titanium with good overall performance including corrosion resistance and moderate strength, easy to form and weld.
TA9 (Gr7)
Titanium with 0.12-0.25% palladium addition, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance in reducing environments.
TA10 (Gr12)
Titanium alloy with molybdenum and nickel, providing better strength and heat resistance while maintaining good corrosion resistance.
TC4 (Gr5)
Titanium alloy with 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, possessing very high strength and hardness with good corrosion resistance and low density.
Design Features
- Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Operates stably in environments containing strong acids, strong alkalis, and other corrosive media, extending system service life.
- Superior Mechanical Properties: Features good strength and hardness, with heat-treated titanium alloy achieving high strength for higher pressure and temperature applications.
- Lightweight and High Strength: Lower density makes installation and maintenance easier while maintaining high strength for diverse working pressures.
- Excellent Sealing Performance: Advanced sealing structures effectively prevent medium leakage, ensuring system safety and reliability with minimal contact area between ball and sealing ring.
- Flexible Operation: Rotating ball mechanism enables quick opening and closing with minimal operating force, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation.
- Wide Applicability: Suitable for various conditions and media including chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and marine engineering fields.
Common Applications
Chemical Industry
Used to handle strong acids, alkalis, and highly corrosive chemicals in chemical equipment, reactors, storage tanks, and piping systems.
Oil and Gas Industry
Applied in offshore oil platforms and onshore oilfield extraction equipment to resist corrosion from seawater and hydrogen sulfide gas in oil pipelines, natural gas facilities, and refineries.
Pharmaceutical and Food Industry
Meets hygiene standards and prevents reactions with pharmaceuticals or food in purified water systems, reactors, and mixing vessels.
Marine Engineering
Excellent resistance to seawater corrosion makes them ideal for marine structures, seawater desalination equipment, and subsea pipelines.
Power Industry
Used in power plants to handle high-temperature, high-pressure steam and corrosive cooling water in nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, and cogeneration equipment.
