Product Overview

Titanium alloy exhibits exceptional stability in neutral, oxidizing, and weakly reducing media, demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance to atmospheric environments, seawater, and chlorine-containing substances. However, in reducing media like hydrochloric acid, its corrosion resistance is relatively poor. To address this, titanium alloys can be enhanced through surface treatments such as ion nitriding and anodization. These processes significantly improve the corrosion resistance of titanium alloys in reducing media and increase their surface hardness to meet more demanding application requirements.
