Core Working Principle
The plug valve uses a tapered cylindrical plug with flow passages to regulate or shut off flow. By rotating the plug 90°, the flow passage aligns with the valve body ports to open/close the line. The unique double-groove sealing ring design ensures the sealing contact pressure gradually increases during rotation, achieving tight, zero-leakage shut-off in fully open/closed positions.
