Our corrosion resistant stainless steel seamless pipes are specifically manufactured for industries where standard carbon steel or lower-grade stainless steel cannot survive aggressive chemical environments. Available in ASTM A312 TP316L, TP904L, and Duplex UNS S32205 (2205), these pipes provide exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and intergranular attack across a wide range of temperatures, pH levels, and chloride concentrations.

Reactor piping, transfer lines, and heat exchanger connections in sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and mixed acid environments. 904L is the preferred grade for concentrated sulfuric acid service up to 98% at moderate temperatures. Duplex 2205 handles chloride-laden process streams where 316L would suffer SCC within months.
Seawater cooling lines, ballast piping, firewater ring mains, and topside process piping on offshore platforms and FPSO vessels. Duplex 2205 combines high strength (yield ≥450 MPa - roughly double that of 316L) with excellent seawater corrosion resistance, allowing thinner wall designs and reduced structural weight.
High-pressure brine piping, evaporator feed lines, and reject lines in both MSF (Multi-Stage Flash) and SWRO (Seawater Reverse Osmosis) facilities. 904L and 2205 are both widely specified, with 2205 increasingly preferred due to its higher strength-to-weight ratio and lower nickel content providing greater price stability.
316L remains the industry workhorse for WFI (Water for Injection) loops, CIP (Clean-in-Place) piping, and sterile transfer lines where the corrosion challenge is moderate but surface finish and cleanability are critical. All pipes undergo electropolishing to Ra ≤0.4 μm upon request.
Bleaching plant piping, digester blow lines, and chlorine dioxide handling systems. Both 904L and Duplex 2205 are specified where 316L has proven insufficient - particularly in chlorine dioxide stages where the oxidizing environment rapidly attacks lower-alloy stainless steels.
