S32750 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe
S32750 super duplex stainless steel pipe is a super duplex stainless steel with a ferritic-austenitic microstructure (approximately 50% ferrite / 50% austenite). It is specifically designed for applications requiring exceptional corrosion resistance combined with very high mechanical strength.
The alloy contains high levels of chromium (25%), molybdenum (4%), and nitrogen (0.3%), which provide outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking (SCC) in aggressive environments containing chlorides or hydrogen sulfide (H₂S). S32750 offers approximately twice the yield strength of standard austenitic stainless steels (304, 316), allowing for significant weight reduction in structural applications.
