Description

Our SS 304 Mirror Finish Sheets (also known as No. 8 Finish or 8K Finish) are produced by polishing standard 2B or BA stainless steel sheets to achieve a highly reflective, mirror-like surface. The clarity and reflectivity are comparable to a glass mirror.

The base material is ASTM A240 Grade 304 stainless steel, which provides excellent corrosion resistance and formability. The ultra-smooth, glossy surface not only delivers aesthetic brilliance but also offers low dirt adhesion and easy cleaning – making it the preferred choice for both decorative and functional applications.

Packing Method

To protect the mirror finish during transit and storage, we follow export-grade packing:

Step Description
1. Interleaving Kraft paper and foam paper between each sheet
2. PVC Protection White/blue PVC film on mirror side (low-tack, residue-free)
3. Waterproofing VCI paper + PE waterproof wrap
4. Edge Protection Cardboard or plastic edge protectors
5. Bundling Steel strapping on heavy-duty wooden pallets (heat-treated, ISPM-15 certified)
6. Labeling Mill test certificate number, grade, dimensions, and quantity
