Introduction

• Skin Pass Mill:The cold-rolled and annealed strip steel is flattened by rolling to obtain high-quality plate shape and improve its mechanical properties.The skin pass rolling mill can be 2Hi, 4Hi rolling mill, the thickness reduction of sheet metal is a little with less rolling pressure.
• The multi roll straightening machine: In order to meet the subsequent processing requirements, various straightening methods are used in the factory. The multi roll straightening machine is widely used. After passing through this straightening machine, the thin plate does not stretch itself, but only turns the large waves into small waves, making the surface of the plate almost flat. For plates with a thickness less than 0.8mm, the multi-rolls straightener is not so effective.
• Tension Leveler( stretching bending straightening machine) can simultaneously form longitudinal and transverse deformation of thin plates, thereby fully improving the flatness and material properties of thin plates, greatly enhancing the technology of thin plate straightening. Due to the bending stress generated by bending, the tension is greatly reduced. Only 1/3 to 1/5 of the tension required for pure stretch straightening is needed to achieve the same straightening effect. Moreover, the straightening effect is the best.

Work process:

Coil loading → uncoiling → coil head & tail cutting → seam welding → tension S-roller → anti wrinkle roller →4 Hi Skin Pass Mill → anti wrinkle roller → thickness gauge →Tension Leveler→ tension S-roller → oiling → shearing → Recoiling → Coil unloading
