Rotary Shear Fly cut to length line, made by our company, is high speed high precision, esp. suitable for thin sheet short sheet metal cutting:
- Fly cutting is suitable for thin Sheet coil long length (thousands of meters) cutting.
- Fly cutting frequency can be up to 150times/min. Line speed 80 -100m/min
- Short sheets cutting means high frequency continuous cutting high productivity.
- High precision 6High leveler, film laminator, dual stackers are high production arrangement.
- The fly cutting line for 0.3 -3.0mm x 1000mmW x 200 -3000mmL.
- The leveling rollers adjusting is automatic by servo pressing backup rollers.

Characters:
- The cut to length line is to make certain length of flat steel plates by leveling and cutting to length, composed of uncoiler, leveler, rotary shear, stacker, etc with auxiliary functions of coil loading, length measuring, film coating, sheets delivering and output,etc.
- The working process is uncoiling, 19 roller 6hi leveling, length measuring, rotary fly shear cutting, the cut sheets go to the first stacker until number of stacking reaches preset number, then manually transfer to second stacker. While the sheets are going to second stacker, output the sheets on first lifting table by roll table and then first stacker return to work state. This way, one steel coil cutting can be continuously going on.
- The working process is automatic, adopting PLC servo control and HMI.on touch screen, can set sheet sizes, number of pcs, calculate sheets weight, moreover, has functions: set feeding speed,set feeding length, set number of feeding, interchange between manual and auto, auto start, auto stop, pause, counter zero, fwd-rwd button, shear up-down, faults alarm, etc.
- The chrome coated rollers, PU rollers, blower, etc play role in protecting sheet surface from being hurt.
- Except for manual threading, all in auto working.
