Product Introduction of Stainless Steel Perforated Cylinders:
Polishing (Ra≤0.8μm) to improve surface finish and prevent medium residue; pickling and passivation to enhance corrosion resistance; plastic spraying to meet special medium isolation requirements.
Stainless steel wire mesh (30-400 mesh) or non-woven filter screen can be installed on the inner or outer wall to achieve graded filtration and improve filtration precision.
For large-diameter and extra-long filters, reinforcing ribs (circumferential or axial) are added to improve structural stability and prevent pressure deformation.
