Perforated Metal Sheet for Pipe Filter Protection Screen

Perforated Metal Sheet Product Introduction:

This perforated metal sheet is specially processed into cylindrical or arc filter protection mesh for all kinds of industrial pipelines, water pipes, oil pipelines and sewage pipe filters. Optional raw materials include SUS304 stainless steel and hot-dipped galvanized carbon steel.
Uniform round holes intercept large impurities, gravel, suspended solids to avoid blocking internal filter cores, pump valves and pipeline equipment. After CNC punching, the sheet can be rolled into tubular filter guard, curved arc baffle or flat filter support plate according to pipe diameter. All hole edges are fully deburred to prevent scratching filter bags and pipeline inner walls.
Multiple thickness, aperture and hole pitch specifications are in stock, we support custom cutting, rolling, bending and welding to match various pipe diameters. Widely applied for water treatment pipelines, chemical fluid pipes, oil well pipelines, agricultural irrigation pipe filtration protection.
