Frames are TIG-welded in Argon-2 % CO₂ for full-penetration seams, then passivated to ASTM A967, giving 1,000 h salt-spray immunity. PEM inserts, grounding studs and laser-etched QR codes for digital twin traceability are added before final QC on a 0.5 µm CMM.
