The domestic waste sorting line integrates AI visual recognition and mechanical sorting technology. When the material flows through the spectral sorter, the near-infrared sensor instantly identifies the plastic material, and the high-pressure airflow accurately blows it off the conveyor belt. The magnetic separation equipment uses adjustable magnetic field strength to classify and recycle metals with different magnetic properties. At a transfer station in Hangzhou, the sorting line has achieved a purity of 98% for recyclables, increasing carbon emissions by about 4,500 tons per year, equivalent to planting 250,000 more trees.
