Working principle of optical sorting machine:
Its working principle is to detect materials using the absorption, reflection and transmission phenomena generated when ultraviolet rays, visible light, infrared rays, etc. come into contact with objects. When the raw materials enter the equipment through the conveyor belt, the spectral sensor located above the conveyor belt quickly scans the materials and analyzes their size, color, material and other characteristics. If the material characteristics are consistent with the preset sorting standards, the information will be transmitted to the sorting unit, triggering the solenoid valve to release high-pressure airflow, blowing the target material off the original track, and collected by the subsequent conveyor belt; materials that do not meet the conditions will continue to be transported along the original track.
