1. Production Line Overview

  • This stacker line targets roof panel manufacturers in the steel construction industry. It offers gentle handling, automated stacking, and efficient discharge—ideal for light but long panels in volume production.

2. Production Process

  • Swing Arm Receiving → Arm Opening & Gentle Panel Drop → Chain Conveyor Discharge
  • Roof panels are received and supported by dual swing arms. Once a panel is positioned, the arms open to gently drop it onto a chain-driven conveyor. After a set quantity is stacked, the conveyor transfers the panels outward for further packaging or palletizing.
