Embedded gripper full metal cover turning lathe
What is the lathe facing the lathe?
Finishing is the basic process of forming a flat and smooth surface at the end of the work piece by removing metal from the end of the work piece. Generally speaking, the workpiece is round, and we can face it with ordinary tools. If you are facing rectangular or oddly shaped workpieces to form cubes and other non-cylindrical shapes, you can choose a 4-jaw chuck.

How to face the lathe at the end of the part?
The first thing you need to do is to set up the tool. Loosen the tool holder and tilt the tool about 10 to 15 degrees from the end of the blank to leave a little gap at the end. We also need to center the tool vertically.
How to use lathe finishing tools on lathe/lathe?
Fix the workpiece on the CNC lathe, and install the end tool into the tool holder of the frame. When the tool rotates in the jaws of the chuck, it will feed vertically along the rotation axis of the part to cut the workpiece to an accurate Length required. CNC machine tools can provide power feed instead of manual feed to obtain a smoother surface finish.
