Product Description:

Gabions Basket is manufactured with hexagonal woven wire Mesh. Commonly referred to as double twist wire mesh. The steel wire used in the manufacturing of Gabions is heavily galvanised to class A with zinc or zinc alloy (Galfan) coated wire.

Gabion baskets are also available with an additional PVC or PE coating over the galvanised wire to provide protection for use in aggressive environments.

Gabion wire mesh boxes/basket specifications

Gabion mesh box structure:

Wire Diameter: 2.0-4.0mm
Lacing Wire: low carbon steel wire to tie the separated gabion mesh to be basket.
Selvedge Wire: the diameter of the wire on the edge of gabion basket.
Diaphragm: a single piece of gabion mesh to separate the basket to several cells.
Pre – Hot Dipped Galvanized: the wire material already been hot dipped galvanized before producing the gabion basket.
Galfan Wire: low carbon steel wire coated by zinc – aluminium alloy.
Electric Galvanized + PVC Coated: electric galvanized + PVC coated low carbon steel wire.
Electric Galvanized + PE Coated: electric galvanized + PE coated low carbon steel wire.

Applications:

Gabion baskets common used to stabilize shorelines, stream banks or slopes against erosion, it's also can be used for retaining walls, temporary flood walls, river training, or channel lining, They are also increasingly being used in architectural applications as well.

Packing Details: pallet or in bundle, as buyer's requirement.

Delivery Details: 15-20 Days after received the deposit by TT, according to buyer's quantity.
