Suggestion:
1. Sealing treatment: EPDM foam rubber strips are used at the door seams (cross-sectional diameter ≥8mm, compression amount 30%), nylon waterproof joints are equipped for incoming and outgoing wire holes (IP68 rating, thread specifications M20-M63 optional), and a 5° inclined drainage groove is reserved at the bottom.
 2. Heat dissipation design: A temperature-controlled heat dissipation system is configured when the internal temperature is >40°C: ① Natural heat dissipation (ventilation hole area ≥0.05m², upper and lower convection layout); ② Forced heat dissipation (12V silent fan + dust filter, air volume ≥80m³/h); ③ Heat pipe heat dissipation module is used in special environments.
 3. Anti-corrosion treatment: In addition to basic galvanizing, the following can be added: ① Phosphating + electrostatic spraying (film thickness 60-80μm, color customized according to RAL color card); ② Stainless steel edge wrapping (304 material, used for anti-collision of box corners); ③ Internal color galvanizing.
