Product Describe:

• Protection Level and Structural Design: Their outdoor enclosures can cope with dusty, high-temperature and high-vibration environments. The protective vents can balance the internal pressure, block dust and dirt, and prevent wear of rubber seals. For example, in the food and beverage industry, some Danfoss VLT® series drives reach IP66/UL type 4X protection level, which can resist daily high-pressure washing and dust intrusion, meeting strict hygiene and dust-proof requirements.​
• Air Duct and Heat Dissipation Design: The air duct is carefully designed to ensure smooth air exhaust and avoid dust accumulation caused by eddy currents in the cabinet. At the same time, a protective top cover is installed at the top air outlet to prevent debris from falling directly in, and a protective net is installed at the side air outlet to block flocculent debris, which greatly reduces dust entry while ensuring heat dissipation efficiency.​
• Sealing Treatment: The front and rear doors of the control cabinet and other joints are sealed with gaskets or sealants, which effectively prevent dust from entering through the gaps and ensure that the internal electronic components are isolated from dust.

Custom Sizes - Adjust the height/width/depth according to the capacity of the variable frequency drive (larger units are required for high-power motors) or space constraints (for example, compact cabinets of 600mm × 400mm × 300mm can be used for small pumps in narrow areas). - Modify the size of internal compartments to accommodate additional components (sensors, communication modules, etc.) or meet specific wiring layout requirements. - Can be customized into wall-mounted (thinner depth) or floor-standing (sturdier frame) installation forms as needed.
