Outdoor Metal Tower Mounted Electrical Enclosure Project Monitoring Box
Product Describe:
1. Outdoor power distribution and branch control along power lines;
2. Equipment protection near communication base stations (e.g., fiber optic distribution boxes, signal converters);
3. Outdoor control and power distribution for municipal road monitoring and street lamp systems;
4. Temporary or fixed power distribution along railways and expressways, saving ground space and adapting to open-air environments;
5. Marine and meteorological prediction and monitoring.

Size (W×D×H) |
Application Scenarios |
Regular Sizes |
Small: 300×200×400mm |
Suitable for single-circuit power distribution; applicable to street lamps and small monitoring devices. |
Medium: 500×300×600mm |
Supports 2-3 circuits; integrable with fiber distribution modules; suitable for areas around communication base stations. |
Large: 800×400×1000mm |
Features multi-circuit design (4-6 circuits); applicable to centralized power distribution along railways/expressways. |
Recommended Sizes |
400×300×500mm |
For scenarios with pole diameter 100-150mm; ensures stability of hoop fixation. |
600×350×800mm |
For multi-device integration (including monitoring + communication modules); reserves space for wiring and heat dissipation. |
350×250×500mm |
For marine/humid environments; reduces surface area to enhance anti-corrosion sealing. |
IP Grade:
IP 65 / IP 66 / IP55
Suggestion:
1. Humid/coastal/salt-fog-rich environments: Prioritize 304 stainless steel (thickness ≥1.5mm). Laser welding and silicone sealing are applied at the box joints, with the protection class upgraded to IP66 to avoid rust and water leakage.
2. Dry/inland/ordinary outdoor environments: Hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (thickness ≥1.2mm) are optional, with an electrostatic spray anti-corrosion coating on the surface. A protection class of IP55 is sufficient to balance cost and durability.
3. High-temperature/strong sunlight areas: A sunshade baffle is added on top of the box, and heat dissipation holes (equipped with dust-proof nets) are reserved inside to prevent components from aging due to high temperature.
