Sunshade Regulation Cabinet / Automated Shading Control Panel
Core Control Functions:
• Environmental Sensing & Response
Connect to light intensity sensors, solar irradiance meters, and temperature sensors to collect real-time data (e.g., sunlight intensity, outdoor temperature, and glare levels). When thresholds are exceeded (e.g., light intensity > 50,000 lux), the DDC controller automatically triggers sunshade devices to extend or adjust angles, reducing solar heat gain and glare in indoor spaces (such as factories, workshops, or office areas).
• Timing & Scenario-Based Control
Support preset schedules (e.g., deploying sunshades during peak sunlight hours 10:00-16:00) and custom scenarios (e.g., "production shift mode" for factories, where sunshades adjust to prevent glare on assembly lines; "off-hours mode" to retract devices for natural ventilation).
• Linkage with HVAC Systems
Integrate with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to optimize energy efficiency: When sunshades are deployed to block sunlight, the DDC controller reduces cooling loads by adjusting air conditioning output, avoiding redundant energy consumption.
• Safety & Fault Protection
Monitor the operating status of sunshade motors (e.g., current, torque) and limit switches. In case of anomalies (e.g., motor overload, jamming), the system stops operation immediately, sends alarms, and records faults for maintenance.
