Production Process

1. Precision Cutting: Flat bars and cross bars are laser-cut to exact dimensions for consistent spacing.
2. Welding: Automated resistance welding fixes cross bars to flat bars at 50mm/100mm intervals, creating a rigid grid structure (weld strength ≥3kN per joint).
3. Hot-Dip Galvanization:
   • Degreasing → Pickling → Galvanizing bath (450°C zinc liquid) → Passivation
   • Result: Dense zinc-iron alloy layer with ≥98% purity, ensuring uniform corrosion protection.
4. Slip-Resistant Treatment:
   • Serrated edges are cold-formed on flat bar surfaces (3mm height, 60° angle) for OSHA-compliant traction.
   • Optional PVC coating for extra grip in oily/wet environments.
