Manufacturing Process
1. Engineering Drawing Review
Customers provide 2D drawings, 3D CAD files, samples, or product specifications. Our engineers review part geometry, material, thickness, tolerance, assembly method, and production quantity.
2. Process & Tooling Design
Based on product structure, METS develops appropriate stamping process and tooling solution. For complex parts, multiple operations can be integrated into progressive or compound tooling.
3. Precision Die Manufacturing
Our tooling capability covers design and manufacturing of stamping dies, forming dies, progressive dies, and other customized tooling systems.
4. Trial Stamping
Initial samples are produced to verify critical dimensions, hole positions, bending angles, forming geometry, and assembly compatibility.
5. Mass Production
After sample approval, production proceeds under controlled manufacturing conditions to maintain stable dimensions and consistent quality.
6. Secondary Processing
Additional operations such as riveting, tapping, welding, deburring, plating, polishing, or heat treatment can be arranged.
7. Final Inspection & Packaging
Finished parts are inspected according to agreed specifications before being packaged for domestic or international shipment.
