Product Description

Galvanized cable tray is a metal structural component used to support and fix cables and wires, with its surface treated with galvanizing. The galvanizing process is mainly used to prevent the bridge from rusting in humid and corrosive environments, thereby improving its durability and service life. The galvanized layer can effectively isolate the bridge substrate (such as steel) from contact with moisture and oxygen in the external environment, reducing the possibility of corrosion.

Features

1) The zinc coating has a thick thickness, a fine and uniform crystal structure, and no pores, thus exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance.
2) The purity of the zinc layer obtained through electroplating is high, and the corrosion rate in acid, alkali and other mist is slow, thus achieving effective protection of the steel substrate.
3) After chromic acid passivation treatment, the zinc coating can present various appearances such as white, colored, and military green, which are both beautiful and decorative.
4) Zinc coating has excellent ductility, so it can withstand forming processes such as cold stamping, rolling, and bending without damaging the coating.
