Product Description

Zinc immersion is a protective coating process for steel structures and a common anti-corrosion method in bridge production. The cable tray produced by hot-dip galvanizing process can be suitable for various corrosive environments such as acid, alkali, salt spray, etc. After hot-dip galvanizing treatment, the zinc layer is more than three times thicker than electroplated zinc, with a zinc content of 95%. Generally, electroplated zinc will rust within a few months, while hot-dip galvanized cable trays will not rust for several years.
