1. Our welded grid fence welding machine cent-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system . The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, times welding .

2. Per-cut line wire by manual feeding, per-cut cross wires auto feeding with the high production rate,which keep the mesh surface is very flat. The hopper adopts the steeping motor control ,brake motor wheels and the cross wire will fallen automatically from the hopper.

3. Our transformers adopts big power at 125KVA every one,which can ensure the welding quality in good condition and adopt water cooling system. Our clients are very satisfied with our new development.

4. The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance of cross wire at random on the same one piece wire mesh sheet very easily, and only need to set the any space required on the touch screen.

5. The welded grid fence welding machine is easy to operate, Only need two workers to operate. And the welded grid fence welding machine need power transformer 80KVA to supply running.

6. Panasonic (Japan) PLC program and HMI. Input front-panel is Weinview touch screen, very easy to operate. One pc holding wire platform.used for putting the line wire for materials. The platform distance can be adjusted

7. Hopper device for cross wires, has more capacity and is controlled by step motor, it works automatic.

8. Slot tunnel device for line wires, can be adjusted for different wire diameters. the mesh aperture is very accurate.

9. It is controlled by Panasonic (Japan) servo motor and SMC (Japan) air cylinders, can adjust cross wire space.

10. Welding electrodes are made of pure red copper and chromised bronze, durable, can be used at least 3-6 months.
