Commercial Goods Decking Wire Mesh Welding Machine

Welding transformers are arranged in order from the host operating console.The secondary conductors of the transformer are connected to each set of electrode seats through multiple layers of copper skin.Welding transformer is iron shell type and its primary winding is disc type.During welding, the adjustment series is selected according to the nature, diameter and contact surface to obtain the required series current.Usually, the larger the diameter, the better the surface conductivity, and the greater the electrode pressure, the welding current should increase accordingly.Welding time can be adjusted from 0.01 to 1 second according to the welding diameter.Usually, the larger the welding diameter, the welding time required and the welding current will also increase.
