The MP6005GK-Z is a fully integrated, high frequency, synchronous buck converter. It
offers a very compact solution to achieve up to0.8A output current over a wide input supply
range with excellent load and line regulation.The MP6005GK-Z operates at high efficiency
over a wide output current load range.The MP6005GK-Z adopts internally compensated
constant-on-time (COT) control mode thatprovides fast transient response and eases loop
stabilization.
