Product Description:

Heat exchanger plays a key part in induction melting furnace systems. The heat exchanging plates are made from thin metal that has been pressed with a ripple shape. Several of the plates are stacked together and then assembled as one with clamps and bolts. A slender thread of rectangular chambers are formed between the plates and they use a semi-plate to exchange heat.

The two different liquids – known as the hot fluid and cold fluid – flow in a winding path between every two plates and a baffle plate is used to separate the two fluides. As they pass through the chambers, heat is exchanged through the semi-plate.
