Detailed Description:

UF powder is a Urea Formaldehyde Resin Powder specially developed for Particleboard, Plywood, Chipboard, Flush Door manufacturing and woodworking adhesive. It is a Multi-hydroxymethy-urea polymer with anticorrosive, fungi-proofing and tenacious additive. It is suitable for the manufacture of Plywood conforming to various specifications. As it is water-soluble because of its low-molecular condensation polymer, good in fluidity and easy to use.

1. Plywood, wood veneer, bentwood furniture manufacturing, increase solid content, mold casting, grinding ,wheel manufacturing of liquid glue.

2. Produce melamine table ware.

3. Melamine MDF board/plate/foam,etc.

4. Produce melamine formaldehyde(MF) colophony.

5. Used as additive in plastics/paint/textile/paper,etc.

Packaging and Storage

The inner packaging of the product is PE film bag and the outer packaging is kraft paper bag with inner PP woven yarn. The net weight of each piece is 25 kg.

UF powder should be stored in a cool place and well ventilated godown. The resin is hygroscopic, so it should be protected from moisture. Shelf Life under these conditions is at least 12 months. The limiting factor is the viscosity of the resin paste which will increase during storage. The viscosity increases faster at higher temperature.
