• Reduced or Loose Angulation: The scope tip cannot reach its maximum 180°or 160°bends, or it feels "floppy" and cannot hold its shape.

• Knobs Hard to Turn / Stiff Mechanism: Gritty or highly resistant movement when turning the control wheels on the scope handle.

• "Play" or Slack in the Controls: Turning the angulation knobs slightly results in zero movement at the distal tip.
