Installation Preparation
  • Shaft outside diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
  • Shaft run out: <0.1mm
  • Shaft end float: <0.13mm
  • No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring
Important Note: During installation, do not scratch or damage the O-ring. If any component is damaged, please contact us for replacement.
Installation Instructions
The complete cartridge seal set is cleaned and thoroughly leak-tested before sale. To avoid damage, do not disassemble and clean parts again before installation.
Fitting Specifications
  • Fitting allowance between seal and shaft: dl h6 0.8
  • Leading edge required at shaft end
  • Outside diameter at screw position: 01 0.2mm smaller to prevent over-tightening
  • Lubricate shaft with oil before installation
Installation Steps
  1. Place cartridge seal into pump chamber
  2. Tighten four screw bolts of flanges, ensuring medium leading in hole "G" at top position
  3. Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
  4. Remove four gauge plates (retain for future installation and disassembly)
  5. Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat and seal chamber during pump operation
Post-Installation Check: After completing installation, turn the shaft by hand to verify smooth rotation. If shaft does not rotate smoothly, the seal has been improperly installed.
