Installation Preparation Requirements
  • Shaft Outside Diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
  • Shaft run out: <0.1mm
  • Shaft end float: <0.13mm
  • No sharp edges on shaft over the O-ring area
Important Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any damage occurs, contact us immediately for replacement.
Installation Instructions
  • Cartridge seals are pre-cleaned and leak-tested before sale. Do not disassemble or clean parts before installation to avoid damage.
  • Shaft fitting allowance: dl h6 0.8. Ensure leading edge at shaft end. Lubricate shaft with oil before installation.
  • Installation steps:
    • A: Tighten four flange screw bolts, ensuring medium leading in hole "G" at top position
    • B: Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
    • C: Remove four gauge plates (retain for future installation/disassembly)
    • D: Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat and seal chamber during pump operation
Final Check: After installation, turn shaft by hand to verify smooth rotation. If shaft does not rotate smoothly, seal may be improperly installed.
