T05-20mm Flygt Mechanical Seal High Pressure Unbalanced
Mechanical seal systems, also known as mechanical seal auxiliary systems or mechanical seal flushing, cooling and piping systems, are essential for reliable seal operation. Proper system design, material selection, and manufacturing installation are crucial for optimal performance.
Mechanical seal systems include basic components and the following subsystems: pressure control system, temperature control system, fluid replacement system, and impurity removal system.
YUEMI is a professional manufacturer of mechanical seals and OEM pump seals since 1996. Our products conform to DIN24960 and GB6556 standards and are interchangeable with leading brands including John Crane, AES, Flowserve, Fluiten, Roten, and Sealtek.
Preparation Requirements
- Shaft Outside Diameter is within tolerance ±0.05mm
- Shaft run out <0.1mm
- Shaft end float <0.13mm
- No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring
Important Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any component is damaged, please contact us for replacement.
Installation Instructions
The full set of cartridge seal is cleaned and passed leakage examination before sale. To avoid damage, do not disassemble and clean the parts again before installation.
The fitting allowance between the seal and shaft is dl h6 0.8. Ensure there is a leading edge at the end of the shaft. The outside diameter of the shaft at the screw position should be 0.1-0.2mm smaller to resist screw over-tightening. Lubricate the shaft with oil before installation.
Installation Steps:
- Place the cartridge seal into the pump chamber
- Tighten four screw bolts of flanges, ensuring the medium leading in hole "G" is at the top position
- Tighten four set screws and position the shaft sleeve on the shaft
- Remove four gauge plates (keep them for future installation and disassembly)
- Connect the medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat and flush the seal chamber during pump operation
Final Check: After completing installation, turn the shaft by hand to check for smooth rotation. If the shaft does not rotate smoothly, the seal has been improperly installed.
