Deeply buried valves need to be equipped with extension rods, and the operating mechanism must be fixed firmly when it is ≥1.5 meters from the ground to avoid the risk of going down to the well.

‌Operation and debugging requirements

Before the first use, the pipeline must be thoroughly flushed to remove impurities such as welding slag; during debugging, the valve must be fully opened to flush residual foreign matter to prevent the valve core from being blocked.

The opening and closing operation strictly follows the clockwise closing principle, the number of actuator revolutions is controlled within 200-600 revolutions, and the opening and closing torque of large-diameter valves is recommended to be ≤240 N·m.

‌Maintenance and safety protection

Regularly check the wear of seals and the flexibility of valve cores. In high temperature or high pollution environments, the lubrication cycle needs to be shortened to 300 hours, and high temperature resistant lubricants are preferred.

It is strictly forbidden to overhaul explosion-proof products with power on. The flatness of the explosion-proof surface must be protected during disassembly and assembly. The sealing and explosion-proof performance must be verified after repair.
