Integrated ‌pilot relief valve‌ (OLS 160/320 model optional), can dynamically adjust the flow pressure to prevent system overload and reduce the risk of pipeline impact.

‌Energy-saving and low loss‌

The valve body adopts a ‌low pressure drop design‌ to reduce energy loss, improve fuel efficiency by about 15%-20%, and the operating noise is lower than similar products.

Static and dynamic flow modes are optional. The static mode is suitable for stable loads, and the dynamic mode accelerates the response through flow, shortening the start-up delay to milliseconds.

‌Installation and medium management‌

The oil flow direction must be strictly marked during installation. Reverse installation may cause valve core jamming or seal failure.

The medium cleanliness level is required to be ≥ISO 18/15, and a 10μm filter is installed to prevent particulate matter from wearing the valve core.

‌Operation specification‌

Avoid the valve being in a half-open state for a long time. It is recommended to use a proportional valve or an electronic control module for frequent adjustment scenarios to reduce mechanical wear.

‌Exhaust operation is required before starting to prevent cavitation from affecting flow stability.

‌Maintenance and troubleshooting‌

Check the seal wear every ‌500 hours‌, and replace the fluororubber seal ring first (recommended replacement cycle 1-2 years).

If the valve core is stuck, it can be released by back flushing or tapping the valve body shell. Forcible disassembly with tools is prohibited.

‌Prohibited scenarios‌

It is prohibited to use it in hydraulic systems containing hydrogen media or corrosive liquids to avoid oxidation and failure of metal parts.

Not suitable for high viscosity media (such as hydraulic oil > 46cSt) or fluid environments containing fiber impurities.
