II. Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning
Direction and interface specifications
During installation, the medium flow direction (arrow mark) marked on the valve body must be strictly followed. Reverse installation may cause valve core blockage or abnormal flow.
The interface type (such as flange, thread) should match the pipeline, and the seals must be made of oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials (such as fluororubber).
Cleaning and filtration
The pipeline system should be thoroughly cleaned before installation to prevent impurities such as welding slag and metal chips from entering the valve body and causing wear.
It is recommended to install a high-precision filter (such as 10μm grade) before the valve to prevent particles from clogging the valve core or scratching the sealing surface.
Operation and maintenance
Operation control
Avoid the valve being in a half-open state for a long time. For frequent adjustments, it is recommended to use a proportional valve or servo valve to improve control accuracy.
The solenoid valve should not be powered on for too long. The coil temperature should be monitored during continuous operation to prevent overheating and burning.
Regular maintenance requirements
Check the flexibility of the valve core movement every 500 hours. If necessary, use a special cleaning agent to remove the sediment in the valve.
Replace the seal every 1-2 years. Avoid using sharp tools to damage the valve body sealing groove when disassembling.
Fault prevention
Valve jamming treatment: If the valve core is stuck, try to reverse flush or tap the valve body shell. It is strictly forbidden to force the driving force.
Leakage response: If external leakage is found, stop the machine immediately and check the wear of the sealing surface or the looseness of the bolts.
