‌II. Precautions for use‌

‌Media and filtration requirements‌

The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil must reach ‌ISO 18/15‌ or above, and the system must be equipped with a ‌10μm grade filter‌ to prevent particulate matter from wearing the stator and rotor pairs.

It is recommended to use hydraulic oil with a viscosity of ‌15-46cSt‌, and high viscosity (＞46cSt) or media containing fiber impurities are prohibited.

‌Installation and startup specifications‌

During installation, the pipeline must be aligned to avoid external force from twisting the valve body; before the first startup, it must be run at no load for 10-15 minutes and exhaust thoroughly.

When used in series, an external oil drain pipeline must be connected to prevent internal pressure accumulation.

‌Operation and maintenance‌

Avoid long-term ‌half-open state‌ or frequent start and stop. It is recommended to use a proportional valve to optimize flow regulation and reduce mechanical wear.

Check the oil contamination every ‌500 hours‌ and replace the seals regularly (fluororubber is recommended, and the replacement cycle is 1-2 years).

‌Prohibited scenarios‌

It is prohibited to use in ‌corrosive media‌ or ‌hydrogen environments‌ to prevent metal parts from oxidizing or sealing failure.

Not suitable for hydraulic circuits that are not equipped with a filtration system‌ or ‌low pressure unstable‌.
