Precautions for use

‌Installation and commissioning specifications‌

During assembly, the valve body must be thoroughly cleaned and new oil must be applied to lubricate the parts to prevent impurities from entering and causing the valve core to become stuck or worn.

The hydraulic oil filtration accuracy must be ≥25μm, and the oil temperature must be controlled at 0-80℃ to avoid oil contamination or high temperature causing seal failure.

‌Operation and maintenance requirements‌

Violent operation is prohibited when the steering wheel is difficult to turn to prevent the oil temperature from rising sharply and damaging the spring leaf or linkage.

Regularly check the wear of the seals, replace the high-temperature resistant lubricant every 500 hours, and manually turn the gears to confirm flexibility before long-term deactivation.

‌System integration and safety protection‌

In automatic navigation mode, the sensor needs to be calibrated regularly to ensure the synchronization of the GPS signal and the steering actuator.

When used outdoors, install a dust cover to prevent water and dust from invading the motor or hydraulic circuit.

When the engine is turned off or the oil pump fails, it is forbidden to turn the steering wheel frequently to avoid damaging the hydraulic pump or valve core components.
