T-Handle Push-Pull Control Cable Assembly, Custom Mechanical Manual Control Cable
This T-handle push-pull control cable assembly is a fully customizable manual mechanical remote control component manufactured complying with IATF16949 automotive-grade quality standard. Equipped with an ergonomic T-shaped plastic operating handle, integrated rubber bellows dust boot and threaded bulkhead dual-locking-nut mounting structure. This custom push-pull cable delivers reliable bidirectional linear push-pull force transmission. The red outer conduit offers excellent wear-resistance. All core dimensions including cable length, stroke, handle style, end fittings and mounting dimensions can be customized to match customer drawings, samples or OEM replacement requirements.

Working Principle
This custom T-Handle push-pull cable relies on relative sliding movement between inner steel cable and fixed outer conduit. Operators apply manual push or pull force on the T-shaped handle. Force is transmitted via inner steel cable to output end fittings and drives linear mechanical movement. The outer conduit is securely fixed on equipment bulkhead with dual locking nuts to avoid displacement caused by vibration. The corrugated rubber bellows protects moving cable section from external dirt. Bidirectional push-pull motion realizes remote manual control of throttles, valves, locks and other mechanical mechanisms.
