Product Description


The temperature of the heat treatment furnace can be set according to actual needs. It is mainly used for

operations such as sintering, ashing, melting and heat treatment of samples. It is widely applied in laboratories,

welding industry production and scientific research.


Main functions and features:

(1) The furnace shell adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure; the furnace surface temperature is lower and the design is compact, meeting the requirements of small laboratory space;

(2)The furnace chamber is made of high temperature type alumina fiber material, which has good thermal insulation performance, durability,high tensile strength, no impurities and high purity;

(3)The heating element adopts Heating Element Resistance Wire；Silicon Carbide Rod；Silicon Molybdenum Rod；Silicon Molybdenum Rod, which greatly increases the service life;

(4)Can be filled with a variety of gases (such as inert atmosphere nitrogen, argon, helium, mixed gases, oxidizing atmosphere oxygen, air, etc. and reducing gas H2 within a safe range, etc., excluding corrosive gas or explosive gas)
(5) Equipped with high-end float flowmeter, flow rate is adjustable Yudian temperature control, PID control, with self-tuning function; accuracy ±1℃; 30-stage temperature control-time program;upper temperature limit protection, burnout protection

(6)The machine has over-temperature alarm and power-off protection function, leakage protection function, safe and reliable operation, ensuring personal safety.
