Product Description
Our triple bimetallic screw barrel liner is a heavy-duty consumable component engineered exclusively for tri-screw co-rotating extruders. The monoblock three-bore integrated design matches intermeshed tri-screw geometry, enabling continuous conveying, melting, shearing and homogenization of polymer materials.
The inner working bores adopt centrifugal casting bimetallic cladding with tungsten carbide or nickel-based alloy. This liner is built to withstand severe erosion from abrasive fillers in polymer modification processes.

Centrifugally cast bimetallic wear layer; optional nitriding surface treatment
Outstanding hot hardness, abrasion resistance, chemical corrosion resistance
Strong resistance against glass fiber, carbon powder, talc, calcium carbonate and other mineral fillers
Deep hole precision machining, tight geometric tolerance control on bore position, parallelism and concentricity
Maintains consistent radial clearance between liner and three screws to stabilize melt flow
