Laminated copper flexible shunts are critical conductive components for resistance welding machinery. Constructed by stacking numerous thin copper foils and compact welding both ends, these copper foil connectors serve as flexible busbars between welding transformers and welding arms. The flexible structure offsets mechanical displacement and absorbs vibration during continuous welding, ensuring stable transmission of heavy electric current. We provide standard models as well as fully customized solutions according to customer drawings.
