Machine Operation Process
  • Manual placement of the syringe honeycomb on the special fetal membrane, with simultaneous hanging of the syringe on the bottle comb plate and automatic entry into the filling dial.
  • Syringe filling with single filling needle insertion, rising while filling, and simultaneous vacuum sealing during the filling process using a specialized gel ceramic pump.
  • Vacuum stoppering with rubber stopper arrangement via oscillator and delivery through the stopper track, integrated with the vacuum body for precise placement.
  • Finished product collection through chute suspension and manual retrieval after filling and stoppering completion.
