UV-Resistant 850g/sqm Double Coated PVC Party Marquee Tent Fabric

The difference between a tent that lasts one season and one that lasts five years is in the fabric. Our premium Party Marquee Tent features 850g/sqm double coated PVC polyester fabric with titanium dioxide UV stabilizer additive, engineered for sustained outdoor exposure in high-UV environments including Southern Europe, Middle East, Australia, and tropical regions.

Independent SGS laboratory testing confirms tear strength of 3200N/5cm warp and 2800N/5cm weft, tensile strength of 4200N/5cm warp and 3800N/5cm weft, and anti-mildew performance per ISO 846. The double-sided PVC coating ensures water resistance exceeding 1000mm hydrostatic pressure, keeping your event dry even in torrential rain.

Fabric Technical Specifications

  • Base fabric: 1000D x 1000D high tenacity polyester yarn, 23x23 threads per inch
  • Coating: Both sides PVC with UV stabilizer and anti-fungal agent
  • Surface finish: Glossy lacquer topcoat for self-cleaning in rain
  • Cold crack resistance: No cracking at -30°C
  • High frequency welding compatible for seam construction
  • Color fastness: Grade 4-5 blue wool scale after 2000 hours QUV accelerated aging
