I. Material Characteristics
The core material is high-strength carbon steel or low-alloy structural steel (such as Q235, Q345 series). Stainless steel (316L) can be used in some key parts to enhance corrosion resistance.

Yield strength ≥ 345MPa, tensile strength ≥ 510MPa, meeting the mechanical requirements of a 10T rated load.

The material undergoes rust removal, phosphating, and anti-corrosion coating treatment, is resistant to salt spray and moisture, and is suitable for harsh marine environments.

II. Production Process

Raw Material Cutting: Steel plates and round bars are cut according to design drawings to ensure cutting accuracy.

Forging/Welding Forming: The main body uses forging technology to increase density (or steel plate rolling and welding). The base and column are welded and then subjected to flaw detection.

Heat Treatment: Normalizing and tempering eliminate welding stress and improve structural stability.

Machining: The top mooring groove and bottom mounting holes are precision machined to ensure assembly accuracy.

Surface Treatment: Sandblasting for rust removal → applying anti-rust primer → applying marine-grade topcoat (such as chlorinated rubber paint). Load test: Simulate a 10T tensile test to verify the load-bearing capacity and issue a qualified report.

Compact Structure: The column height is moderate, and the base size is adapted to the installation space on the ship's deck, without occupying excessive area.

Stable Load-Bearing Capacity: The bottom uses a thickened flange and multiple sets of bolts for strong resistance to overturning and slippage.

Weather-Resistant and Durable: The anti-corrosion coating thickness is ≥150μm, capable of withstanding marine salt spray and wave impact, with a service life of ≥15 years.

Easy Operation: The top mooring groove is smooth and burr-free, facilitating cable winding and securing, and reducing rope wear.
