Working principle :

The main components of the equipments is spiral, which increases gradually along the material residue outlet direction while the screw pitch reduces gradually. when the materials are pushed in by the spiral , due to the volume contraction of the spiral cavity , the materials are extracted .

When the raw materials are added into the material feeding hopper, they receive pressure under the boosting of the spiral and the extracted juices will flow into the juice container through the filter screen, and the waste materials will be discharged trough the ring interval formed between the spiral and the pressure adjusting taper part .

Installation Notes:

1. Turn locking button anticlockwise 90 degree.
2. Align and fasten the bottom of the charging barrel to the main body.
3. Install the screw into the charging barrel and push it to the end.
4. Align the juice cup slot with the main body buckle and fix it with a light hook.
5. Assemble the rocker and tighten the button to fix the rocker.
6. Turn the juice head counterclockwise.
7. Insert the pushing rod.

Method of application :

Put machine at the table . Turn locking button anticlockwise 90 degree . Assemble rocker . Then , put pulp cup in right position . Feeding fruit and using pushing rod to push it . At last , shake the rocker clockwise and enjoy the juice .

Remarks :

• If the maker is shaking in use, please check if the suction knob is screwed, and if there is water on the bottom of the table and the suction cup.
• If there is juice oozing between juice head and charging barrel, please check if sealing ring is installed and unlocking mark is upturned.
• If there is juice oozing between rocker and charging barrel, please check if the wear ring is installed.
