Molded Fiberglass Grating
Molded fiberglass grating, also known as FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) grating, is a high-performance composite product commonly used in industrial, commercial and civil infrastructure applications. It is manufactured by combining continuous fiberglass strands with thermosetting resins to create a single reinforced grating pattern that provides excellent strength, safety and durability.
Compared to traditional materials such as steel, aluminum or wood, molded fiberglass grating offers unique advantages - lightweight construction, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation and non-slip properties. These properties make it an ideal choice for environments exposed to harsh chemicals, moisture, heavy loads or extreme temperatures.

Molded fiberglass grating is engineered to provide a combination of mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and safety features.

Corrosion Resistance - Resistant to acids, alkalis, seawater, and industrial chemicals.
High Strength-to-Weight Ratio - Strong enough to support heavy loads, while being much lighter than steel.

Non-Conductive - Provides excellent electrical and thermal insulation, making it safer in electrical environments.

Fire Retardant - Formulated with flame retardant resins that meet ASTM E84 and other international fire safety standards.
