MNC series of non-contact laser tool setting instrument, using focused laser design, the smallest can detect the diameter of 0.03mm tool, at the same time with the machine tool setting, tool detection and automatic compensation function. Tool length, diameter and oscillation can be detected, including damage to the teeth of multi-tooth tools; automatically update the tool offset error, while also monitoring and compensating for thermal deformation of the machine tool spindle; and be able to inspect at very high speeds, reducing inspection time.
