Working principle of the electromagnetic iron separator: the electromagnetic coil is energized to generate a magnetic field, it forms a magnetic circuit with the carbon steel box and the internal iron core, and releases a high gradient magnetic field at the bottom of the box.

When the material passes through the bottom of the device, the magnetic material is captured by the magnetic field and adsorbed on the bottom plate of the iron remover. Its advantages are that it can efficiently remove iron and clean up without manual participation.
