The mortar ultrasonic packaging machine utilizes ultrasonic high-frequency vibration as its core technology, enabling instant fusion of powdery/granular building material bag mouths (e.g., dry-mixed mortar, building mortar) through molecular friction heat generation, creating a high-density sealed interface. Compared to traditional heat sealing, its shear strength increases by over 40%. Incorporating gradient pressurization and multi-layer anti-seepage design, it effectively blocks water/oxygen infiltration and fine particle leakage. The ultrasonic energy can be accurately controlled, and the sealing width as narrow as 1-3mm can be realized, and the sealing quality is stable and the sealing effect is good. For building materials powder, which is easy to leak, accurate sealing can reduce material loss, reduce economic losses of enterprises, and avoid environmental pollution and safety hazards caused by powder leakage.
